A FEW THINGS ARE DIFFERENT THIS YEAR:

1. The first (and best) round of discounts will be offered only for instant gift certificates ($15 bonus for every $50 purchase from April 14 through 18)

2. Our gift certificate software allows the bonuses on instant gift certificates to be added to the total of the gift certificate. So, for example, if you purchase a $50 instant gift certificate by April 18, even though your checkout cart will show $50 as the “Price”, your instant gift certificate will show a $65 value. This feature is be a lot easier than having to print out a separate instant certificate for the bonus portion! NOTE: AS IN THE PAST, BONUSES ON PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS (offered beginning April 19) WILL NOT BE ADDED TO THE VALUE OF THE PHYSICAL GIFT CARD BUT WILL BE GIVEN AS BUSINESS CARD-SIZED PAPER BONUS COUPONS THAT WILL BE MAILED ALONG WITH YOUR PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSTANT GIFT CERTIFICATES AND PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS?

· Instant gift certificates (including the bonus amount) will be emailed or texted to you or the recipient and you can print them out. This year you will receive only one email for each order showing the amount you spent and the total value of the instant gift certificate (including the bonus). You can reprint instant gift certificates if you lose them and can always check the remaining balance by clicking on the link on the top left of our website.

· Physical gift certificates and bonus coupons (a plastic gift card the size of a credit card and paper bonus coupons the size of business cards) will be mailed to you by US Postal Service first class mail. We are still on winter break and will not begin mailing the physical gift certificates until April 26. If you need a gift certificate right away, please order an instant gift certificate.

We realize that due to the COVID19 pandemic, many of you were not able to use previously-purchased gift certificates. As a result, we are extending the expiration date of all gift cards and bonus certificates issued in 2018, 2019 or 2020 by one year.
